1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Product Information and Availability
2.1 Product Accuracy and Organic Claims
We take reasonable steps to ensure that information about our products, including product descriptions, pricing, and claims regarding their organic and sustainable nature, are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.2 Availability
All products shown on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card (via secure third-party payment gateway)
- Digital Wallet Services (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
3.3 Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations.
4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)
4.1 Shipping
We partner with third-party courier services for delivery across Pakistan. Once the order is handed over to the courier, the delivery timeframe is subject to the courier’s policy and schedule.
4.2 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4.3 Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 Eligibility
Due to the nature of organic and personal care products, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Perishable goods, custom products, gift cards, or clearance items.
5.3 Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 10-14 business days.
[Crucial Note for COD]: Refunds for orders paid via Cash on Delivery will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet only.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Green Loom and its licensors. This includes the Green Loom logo and all custom graphics created using Adobe Illustrator. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Green Loom.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi.
